The ground launch of the original Orion Project has been replaced by a sky-hook innovation (it falls & rises but never tethers). Controversially a new "second relativity" (E=AG) is proposed to partially counter-effect first relativity (E=MC). Light speeds are broken, but most importantly as natural G=0 (beyond our furthest planet orbits), body G<=1 (a natural limit like light) regardless of acceleration (A). Of course no relativity between A and G has yet been proved (How can you turn off G on earth?)
This book argues for reaching the stars in days at very high acceleration, the body's G force being limited to 1 between stars. It insists that physical containment of the nuclear explosion is an aim that cannot be ignored. Identical to the gunpowder challenge mankind faced before. However Jump-star science is also about probabilities. It asks are climate control objectives potentially less attainable than star-jumps? Star travel is for everyone.

Here are some final words to those who cannot consult openly with us, on the future of our atomic age, but must decide for us. “Please America Drop the Bomb” or in other words "Let the cat out of the bag". Unless the atomic historic ruse is unraveled by reflection or by wide public debate, revelation by privileged invitation only reinforces the basis of this dogma I question. I do not really believe this spiral will be deconstructed without some destruction first occurring. However the effort to publish this book, imperfect as it is, is my own effort to prevent this. I am sure I could be totally wrong, but equally sure there are few people below retirement age who possess enough knowledge of physics outside of the doctrinal process to understand why.
